PACKAGING FACILITIES

PRODUCT PACKING

1. PALLETIZATION:

All chemical products are palletized on hard board, with two-way entry pallets. The whole process is briefly described as under :-

•  The products are first stacked on pallets with boards on top and the bottom sides.The pallet is then heat shrink wrapped with an imported heavy-duty polyethylene bag and strapped with four to six metal strips.
  
• The whole pallet weighing approximately one ton is now covered with heavy-duty cardboard.
  
• Finally the pallet is steel banded with four to six steel strips and again heat shrunk wrapped with imported heavy-duty polyethylene bag.
  
• All pallets are labeled on top and sides with products name, supplier`s name, address, unit size and pallet quantity.

2. JUMBO / BIG BAG PACKING AND FILLING

M.A. Agencies are using polypropylene Woven begs with heavy-duty imported inner polypropylene begs, Which protect the chemical effect on the outer polypropylene woven bag.

Big Bag consists of two layers:

a) outer layer of heavy-duty polypropylene woven bag.
b) inner layer of heavy-duty polypropylene woven bag.

•  First the chemical is filled in a poly propylene inner beg. which is specially made for Mud Chemicals and is of the same size as of outer bag, so that the chemical does not come in contract with the outer bag.
  
•  The chemical is filled in the jumbo / Big Bag on specially made platforms so that it does not spill and does not get in contact with outer bag. After filling, the inner polypropylene bag is sealed first and the outer polypropylene woven bag is sealed separately.
  
• With special filling system the outer bag is always safe from chemical reactions, through this packing system the chemicals remain protected from the weather hazards and the life of the outer big bag is enhanced.

3. JUNGLE BOXING

•   The equipment is packed in wooden frame and is nut bolted to the wooden frame from all the sides to avoid any damage to the equipment.
  
•  Then the wooden frame is steel strapped with four to six steel strips for further securing the package.
  
• Then the box is covered with plywood sheets from all the sides and steel strapped by four to six steel strips and Nomenclatures are inscribed on top and sides of the box.

The above methods of packing conform to all local and foreign companies. It is extremely robust and can withstand all types of weather conditions. M.A. Agencies, also arrange provision of specialized packing in case of additional need and specific requirement by certain respectable clienteles.
